CREATING VOIDS IN THE EARTH CRUST HAVE SERIOUS CONSEQUENCES.

Extracting natural resources from the earth crust create voids that cause imbalances that result in earthquakes etc. Unfortunately that how the world economy survive--if we want to live in the modern world, that's the way it is and will always be--but there is a price to pay--earthquakes, tsunamis etc. I wrote a blog about this way back when; as a scientist and researcher. Maybe the answer is control and limited extractions to create a balance between nature and our needs. We, the world researchers should be given grants to explore this hypothesis.
