THE DAY OUR TROOPS CAME HOME

SOME DAY AMERICANS WILL CELEBRATE: "THE DAY OUR TROOPS CAME HOME"
(TOTAL REDRAWAL FROM EVERY CORNER OF THE GLOBE--BACK TO US SOIL.)
That day will be another phase of human development. Politicians, military establishment and the general public would have undergone a Cortex metamorphic change, a transformation from conventional thinking. This transformation will signal that (finally) the Human brain is in a new phase of development; I call it the "Fifth Transformation"--something I will write about at some future time. It will trace the development of the human brain from prehistoric times to the proposed "Fifth Transformation of the Cortex", I will trace the size and the theoretical expectation from my point of view.
Without the Fifth Transformation--the human race is on its way to extinction. Sad but true.

BP, The Obama Administration and CNN iReport.com. Must Share the Blame.

The reason for this blog is to call attention to the irresponsibility of BP, The Obama Administration and CNN iReport.com. There is no reason why this leak could not have been capped 1-month ago.

WHO IS TO BLAME FOR THE LONG DELAY IN PERMANENTLY CAPPING THE GULF OF MEXICO OIL LEAK(S)? I SAY BP, CNN-iREPORT.COM and the OBAMA ADMINISTRATION MUST SHARE THE BLAME FOR THE DELAY IN CAPPING THIS ECOLOGICAL DISASTER—IN MY OPINION, WHY? SEE BELOW:

WHO IS TO BLAME FOR THE LONG DELAY IN PERMANENTLY CAPPING THE GULF OF MEXICO OIL LEAK(S)? I SAY BP, CNN-iREPORT.COM and the OBAMA ADMINISTRATION. THEY MUST SHARE THE BLAME FOR THE DELAY IN CAPPING THIS ECOLOGICAL DISASTER—IN MY OPINION, WHY? SEE BELOW:
I faxed and e-mail this permanent oil leak cap design to BP, the iReport (CNN), the President and his administration—guess what? No response. This is irresponsible. The Obama administration, the news media and BP should be ashamed. I also told them that the dome and the "Top Kill" will not work and I was proven right. --for reasons I would have explained to them if asked.

Ask these officials why they continue to ignore this simple, easy to assemble oil and gas flow permanently cap? This is not the "Junk Shot". The difference is; after the Cement and gravel containers are ripped open by the zip charges, and the relief valve plug closed; the cement power and gravel/rocks/pebbles will mix rapidly by the turbulence from the out flow of oil and gas; then this mixture will start to harden --as it falls to the bottom of the cylindrical assembly and cap off the leak(s).
Please find the design solution below. It can be put together in 2-days. Compensation can be dealt with later –Could this be the reason for the No Response?

I put this blog out for the world to see the arrogance, the not invented here syndrome and the callous behavior of the parties named. What a shame. Ask them why they refuse to use a design that works? The Ecosystem of our Ocean is being ruin every day that goes by and this leak continues.

S1 OIL CAP ASSEMBLY REQUIREMENTS
Materials Required.
1. Containers filled with Quick-set cement and pebbles/rocks/gravel
2. Zip charges
3. Sliding Gate type valve
4. Squib charge
5. Retainer rings for restraining the Containers filled with Quick-set cement and pebbles in place
6. Fire suppression packing
Equipment Required:
1. Welding equipment
2. Cables
3. Electric wires for squib and zip charge
4. Electric signal control box
Expertise Required:
1. Welding
2. Explosive technicians/experts
Technical Description for the S1 OIL CAP ASSEMBLY & S1 OIL CAP ASSEMBLY
COMPONENTS (The Permanent Under Water Oil Leak Cap technology:
(1) A cylindrical vessel that housed several containers filled with quick-set cement and pebbles/rocks these are held in place by circular supports and fire suppressant packing. Note, each layer is separated from the other by circular supports and fire suppressant packing. The cement containers are lined with zip-charges that will rip the containers on command to release their contents (cement power and pebbles). The turbulences from the release gas and oil will mix the cement and pebbles to form a permanent seal.
(2) On the side of the content-filled cylindrical vessel--(1) and close to the larger cylindrical cap--is a relief pipe and shut-off valve; with a sliding plug to shut off the relief pipe on command.
(3) On top of the slide plug is a heavy cylindrical cap that is attached to the larger cylindrical cap by a breakable rod and a squib charge assembly to separate the slide plug cap from the larger cylindrical cap when the squib charge is triggered; the sheer weight of the heavy cylindrical slide plug cap will push the slide plug in place to seal off the relief pipe.
(4) A larger heavy (cylindrical) cap and handle is secured on top of the content filled cylindrical vessel that housed several containers filled with quick-set cement and pebbles/rocks.
(5) 4 legs are attached to bottom of the Oil Leak Cap Assembly anchor it over the leaking pipe.

Note: The assembly size is dependent upon the size of the pipe and size of leak; multiple leaks in close proximity may require only one appropriately sized container. This design will permanently cap the oil leak--it is simple—easy to assembly, safe and effective.

Technical Description
for the S1 OIL CAP ASSEMBLY
:
(The Permanent Under Water Oil Leak Cap technology: Designed by Vibert Greene--)

The S1 Oil Leak Cap Assembly consists of:

Vibert Greene for Governor of California 2010

Here is what a fan on face book wrote--and I support her statement.

"some candidates are including some of Vibert's solutions as part of their

platform without giving him credit because these candidates wouldn't know a new

idea & solution to a problem if it was staring them in the face. Instead, they

rather take credit for someone else's solution to a given problem which I think

is unacceptable & hypocritical."

There is a solution to the oil spill desaster in the gulf of Mexico--but no one listen

I have tried to contact the press without success in regards to a solution to the Gulf of Mexico oil spill disaster. I have a solution that must get to BP as soon as possible--I think it's the press civic responsibility to do this.

In my opinion the news media is the quickest way to get this information to BP. BP like so many companies have this "Not invented here syndrom" that must be set aside during a National. I have also send/fax the design to the Obama administration--God know if that will be delivered. I have received no response from them--I guarantee you, they will say we receive so many email/faxes we cannot response to all of them--you know what I say to that response--BULL--In a case of a National disaster, THE WHITEHOUSE SHOULD BE ABLE TO FILTER OUT CREDABLE SOLUTIONS AND RESPOND.

Personally, as an American citizen, I will hold the Obama administration fully responsible for the environmental disaster if they did not forward my solution to BP.

I just hope for the sake of our Economy and the ocean environment that the news media do its civic duty and forward my solution to BP and that BP listen.
