BP STOP THE GAME PLAYING.
STOP TRYING TO DESIGN AROUND THE S1 OIL CAP DESIGN.
FIRST YOU TRIED THE CONTAINMENT DOME, THEN YOU TRIED THE TOP KILL AND THE JUNK SHOT--
YOU TRIED THE ONE TWO APPROACH I.E. TO FORCE MUD, GOLF BALLS AND SHREADED TIRES INTO THE WELL AND THEN FOLLOW UP WITH PUMPED CEMENT TO SEAL THE LEAK; IT DID NOT WORK; I TOLD YOU IT WOULD NOT WORK. SO NOW WHAT?
YOU SAWED OFF THE BENT RISER PIPE AND PLACED A "TOP CAP" ON TOP OF THE SAWED OFF RISER, HOPING TO EVENTUALLY CAPTURE A LARGE PORTION OF THE ESCAPING OI L. SO, WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WHAT YOU ARE DOING AND THE PROPOSED S1 OIL CAP DESIGN.
THE S1 OIL CAP DESIGN CONTAIN QUICK SET POWER CEMENT AND ROCKS CONTAINERS AT DIFFERENT HIGHTS WITHIN THE VESSEL.
ON COMMAND, ELECTRONIC SIGNALS WILL SET OFF ZIP CHARGES THAT WILL RIP OPEN THE (CEMENT-ROCKS) COTAINERS TO RELEASE THEIR CONTENTS-- CEMENT AND ROCKS--TO BE MIXED BY THE TURBULENT FLOW OF OIL AND GAS. THE MIXTURE WILL FORM A CONCRETE BLOCK THAT WILL PERMANEMT SEAL OF THE LEAK. THAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE S1 OIL CAP DESIGN AND THE "JUNK SHOT", TOP KILL, BOTTOM KILL, CONTAINMENT DOME ETC.
BP IS TRYING TO AVOID PAYING COPENSATION BY APPLYING A STEP BY STEP; PIECE MEAL APPROACH. WELL, I AM UP TO THEIR TRICKS.
